We’re looking for a Head of Client Services to lead and nurture our team of Account Managers, helping to provide the very highest levels of customer service for our range of sporting/ gaming clients. This position will ensure our Account Managers and Head of Departments have the resources, tools and information to deliver the best possible results to our clients. This new role will play a key part of the growth of Engage in 2022, will manage Account Managers and work closely with other key members of senior management. The Head of Client Services will be responsible for the development and delivery of key accounts, and ensure they are managed on budget and to deadline. The successful candidate will be the senior point of contact for client representatives, and will focus on strategically developing accounts against client strategy and company targets. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Client Services will have extensive experience in managing teams as well as a background in social media, and will be the key figure responsible for managing the relationships between the creative team and commercial stakeholders with efficiency, tact and focus on meeting agreed deliverables.
