Insights & Strategy Manager

• Work with Audience Development team and Project Leads to identify areas of opportunity for growth of accounts  
• Undertake audits for current and potential clients to help formulate strategy 
• Driving strategy for both existing and potential partners. 
• Driving business development pitches with examples of Engage success stories, as well as industry-wide examples gathered from Engage tools
• Reporting for Engage's clients using a wide variety of metrics, from video and post level, up to global and industry specific level, benchmarking against rivals where appropriate
• Forecasting video and social growth for existing and potential partners 
• Advising how to generate growth in views, engagement and sentiment through positive interventions 
• Day-to-day operation of Engage’s bespoke analytics platform ‘Podium’ as well as other third party social listening tools
• Ongoing insights reporting, suite product improvements 
• Ability to lead a analytical project and develop presentation material
• Contribute to new client pitches - both in writing presentations and also presenting to clients 
• Working closely with account managers and social media managers to deliver on client strategy
• Liaising closely with senior management internally and externally with partners

Requirements:

• High level of numeracy - ability to present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at both Engage and client levels
• Excellent in-depth understanding of all relevant social media platforms - YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc
• Experience of digital audience development strategy
• Ability to accurately model digital audience engagement projections in order to set KPIs
• Combination of strong social media knowledge, awareness of how to drive online engagement, and attention to detail and responsiveness.  
• Strong communication skills. Ability to Translate analytics into clear actionable insights for a range of partners, from social and production staff to C-suite clients
• Excellent knowledge of video and digital media, and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends in the industry 
• Flexible work ethic, work may require occasional travel or weekend work
• Analytical mind - ability to observe patterns and come to conclusions
• An adaptive mindset
• Willingness to work flexible hours in order to work with the global Engage team on a regular basis

Beneficial skills:

• Working knowledge of industry leading social and video analytics tools. Similar experience of analytics tools in CRM, broadcast or similar is beneficial but not essential
• Passion for sports such as football, rugby, cricket and horse racing
