We are offering work experience between 2 - 8 weeks to work across the business to see how we deliver results from the point of pitching to clients, right through to final distribution of content through publishing and our social media strategy. The placement year will be divided to spend time in the following departments: Sales and business development: working to pitch for and bring in new clients, duties in this period will include contributing to pitch documents and researching potential clients and markets, as well as experience of marketing and PR
Project management: our project managers are the main point of contact between the client and Engage, and oversee the delivery of the product, working with all departments at Engage
Social media and audience development: this team looks after the process of optimizing social channels, posting online content, dealing with copy for clients and understanding audiences
Production: this area covers the practical elements of how we create content from planning technical equipment, logistics for shoots and completing risk assessments and call sheets
Content Creation: this is the hub of our content creation process, working alongside editors, producers, graphic and motion designers. Experience working with the Adobe Premiere Suite, After Effects and other tools. Finance: working alongside our Finance team to understand how a finance department functions within a global digital agency.
